thursday and friday practice update

it looks like we may be getting a weather change. here are new workouts for indoors:

thursday: stairs for 3 minutes (rest 2 min)

sprint hops full court (rest 2 min)

stairs for 3 minutes (rest 2 min)

sprint hops full court (rest 2 min)

*repeat for a total of 5 sets each

 

friday: push ups (max reps)

plank (1 min)

wall sits (2 min)

*repeat for a total of 5 sets each
