spring break workouts

greetings earthlings,

here is a schedule of events for this week:

monday:  4 x 500’s (2 min rest in between each)

tuesday:  10 x flying 60’s (1 min rest in between)

wednesday:  8 x 200’s (rest time is walking to the next 200 start)

thursday:  6 x rabbit accross the field (walking is rest time)

friday:  10 x sprint curves and walk the straights

saturday:  wimmer’s hill workout.  more information to follow if you want to do this. :-)
